• Usage Data: assessments taken, dates, performance, and learning materials accessed. (No educator-specific accounts exist.) 

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

• Personal data is kept while your account is active. 

• Deleted accounts are retained for 90 additional days. 

• System logs are retained while your account is active. 

• Pseudonymised evaluation data may be retained for programme duration.

• Access your data; 

• Correct inaccurate data; 

• Request deletion; 

• Restrict or object to processing; 

• Withdraw consent where applicable.
