In this module, you’ll learn how to communicate with confidence and explore the different aspects of confident communication. You’ll identify your strengths to build self-confidence and learn how self-awareness, empathy, adaptability and trust support effective communication. You’ll also look at different sources of personal growth and development, and see how practice and self-belief can strengthen your communication skills for personal and professional growth.
