In this module, you’ll learn the basics of financial literacy for gig workers on digital labour platforms such as Uber, Bolt, Fiverr, Upwork and Amazon Mechanical Turk. You’ll learn how to tell your financial needs from your wants, sort and prioritize your expenses, set financial goals and make a budget. The module covers the common financial challenges and risks gig workers face, along with key principles and pricing strategies for earning more. You’ll also compare mobile financial tools by their features and benefits, so you can manage your money, track it and plan toward your goals.
